Jessica Stovall
This is Coach Stovall’s first season with the boys’ track and field team. She works primarily with the long sprinters.
Coach Stovall coached the long sprinters and the high jumpers for the girls’ team from 2008-2011. During these seasons, she got a high jumper down to state every year and got the team’s first 4X4 team down to state in almost a decade.
Coach Stovall loves the long sprints, and was a 400 runner herself. She was the lead runner for her high school 4X4 team that finished 3rd at the state track meet. She was then recruited for crew at Wisconsin, but was unable to compete on the team due illness and injury.
Coach Stovall still loves running and plans to compete in the Ragnar Relay (where teams of twelve run from Madison, WI to Chicago, IL) the first weekend after the boys’ state meet.
